REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you'll be delighted with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right please get in touch. Contact us on hello@stowsmiths.co.uk for assistance and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

We take every care to ensure your candles and ceramics are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.

You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and so please don't hesitate to get in touch if something isn't right.
